One-eyed umbrella spirit that censors passers-by.

For “Bakeraku,” the haunted house event in Daikanyama, PARTY was invited to use a mannequin and make an interactive ‘ghost’ installation. JO OU GA SA is a spirit. Once she fixes her eye on a target, she will look down upon that target. When angry, her pupil will dilate and keep staring. With security cameras everywhere, perhaps living in this society riddled with censorship is like being stared at by JO OU GA SA 24/7.
